We offer a range of technical training modules and programmes, covering everything from liability to quantum
and tactics.
At Allianz Hong Kong we introduced “licensing” of claims handlers.
Handlers were only authorised once they had attended relevant training,
and had achieved a specific level of competence, objectively assessed by
agreed tests and tasks. Attainment of the licence can be linked to pay and the overall grading structure.
Also at Allianz Hong Kong we introduced the Training Needs Analysis
process. This lead to a precise understanding of the skills gaps in the
individual and critically also in the department as a whole, enabling efficient, targeted training.
Letter writing is a key skill for claims handlers and most believe that they
know how to write well. C-MAS offers courses to improve letter and report writing style and content to make written communication more persuasive and professional.
We can review existing skill levels and design and deliver bespoke training programmes for individuals as well the whole organisation.
